The diligence tool we built for the floor.
We were both raised inside family manufacturing businesses. Aryan leaned toward operations, Kieyan toward software. The deliverable is what comes out when both halves are in the room.
Origin
We grew up around factories.
Both of our families have been in manufacturing for decades. We grew up around factories with Aryan closer to the operations side and Kieyan closer to the software.
Walking through factories with our families, we kept running into the same gap. No tool could hold a whole floor in context, work past the language barriers that fragment half the conversation on it, and surface the real levers for making the operation better.
So we built it. A tool that takes a single walkthrough and turns it into a diligence-grade view of the factory: every finding backed by the math, the video, and the named quote behind it.
