The press standing empty while its mold is still away
The press stands open with no mold in it, 50 minutes into the wait. Nobody is working on the press, so the lost time is waiting, not a slow swap.

When the job ended, the mold arrived and parts started again
The ERP job log shows when the old job ended, when the mold swap started and when the next job started. The swap itself took a normal 55 minutes, so the rest of the stop was spent waiting for the mold.
